    At Nova Culture, we believe in giving back to our community and reducing waste. That’s why we’re launching a repair service scheme, offering a lifetime repair guarantee on selected items. By extending the life of our garments, we can create a sustainable repair cycle-helping to prevent clothing ending up in landfills.

  • how it works

    Step 1:

    Prepare Your Garment

    Before sending your item for repair, please ensure it has been washed and is clean - this helps speed up the repair process. When packaging your item, we encourage you to use mailing bags if possible, as we will aim to reuse the same packaging when returning your repaired garment.

  • Submit a Repair Request

    Click the “Email” button in the bottom left corner and include the following in your email:

    - A brief description of the damage

    - Three clear images of the damaged area

    - A short video (if possible)

  • receive shipping instructions

    Once we assess the damage, we’ll email you with:

    - The shipping address for your item

    - Details of the repair we plan to make

    If you’re not satisfied with our proposed repair, please reply within 24 hours to discuss alternatives.

    Please note: Repairs are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

  • RELAX & WAIT

    Once we receive your item, our team will complete the repair and send it back to you within 5-7 working days.
